About Venecia

As a child, nature always seemed otherworldly to me, and still does. For as long as I could remember, I’ve been fascinated by the emotive impact of color, form and texture.

As the name implies, “Born from Above”, aka BFA, I believe that we are all born with a gift. Creative work is an expression of my innate gift. As a self-taught artist, I’ve honed my abilities studying and working with various mediums as an independent designer. Over the years, selling my designs to specialty shops in New York.

Intuitive painting allows me to share my interpretation of concepts in abstraction. My Illustrations are motivated by my love for modernism, cultural history, and the inclination to perceive patterns.
